@DeathByAnts: Freddy Krueger in a stomp considering Freddy is like a god in the dreamworld
#3 Posted by Bruce27 (494 posts) - - Show Bio

Freddy will stomp Logan in the dreamworld; Wolverine has no chance!

#4 Posted by DeathByAnts (579 posts) - - Show Bio

But can he kill him? Freddy Krueger inflicts actual damage on the body in the dreamworld, Wolverine is nearly a god already when it comes to healing.

#5 Posted by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@DeathByAnts

Probably not. But Freddy can possess people, Wolverine has been possessed before
#6 Posted by IcePrince_X (4865 posts) - - Show Bio

The only thing Freddy can do is just really damage Wolverines brain or break his spirit.
Freddy wins this in the dream world though Wolverine is one tough cookie to crack given his martial arts training and natural strong willed personality.

#7 Posted by Avenging-X-Bolt (13417 posts) - - Show Bio

logans body would heal from anything freddy would do to him right?

plus freddy cant hurt you if your not afraid of him right?

wolverine is only afraid of himself
#8 Posted by Baltoro (1116 posts) - - Show Bio

Regular humans have beaten Freddy in his movies.  Wolverine will show Freddy what a real nightmare is.

Wolverine Stomps

Freddy is powerless without Fear. As seen in Freddy vs Jason Freddy tries to make his first kill but wasn't able to kill the guy because their wasn't enough people that were afraid of him.
#10 Posted by DeathByAnts (579 posts) - - Show Bio
@nick_hero22: It would take more than one person to make hinder Freddy that greatly. Wolverine should be only slightly immune to some of his tricks but still able to be damage whilst dreaming.

true....I was going to say something like: Freddy would sh*t his pants after seeing  inside Wolverines mind

What was Freddy, a child molester?? Logans seen horrors a million times worse than anything Freddy can muster up

Nah, Freddy can still hurt you. There's been instances of people standing up to him with out fear and still getting damaged. Like Jacob in the comics when he has received his mother's powers.
#13 Posted by The Impersonator (5555 posts) - - Show Bio

You ain't givin' me nightmares, bub! I'll slash you into pieces of fresh burned meat.

It's actually memories that tie Freddy to his existence and how much power he has, fear just helps him become stronger.

Freddy needs fear in order to use his powers effectively since Freddy would be laughed at by Wolverine he will be powerless and on top of that he is a D list villain who loses to teenagers.
#17 Posted by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@Baltoro

Actually, no one has ever beaten Freddy in a dream. He's only been beaten in the real world. Alice manage to contain him, but never beat him. Freddy's never been K.O'd or killed in a dream.

No in Freddy vs Jason he was completely powerless that's why he need Jason in order to inspire fear for him.

No...

Freddy was being forgotten, he used Jason to help people remember him.
#20 Posted by DeathByAnts (579 posts) - - Show Bio
@nick_hero22: In that movie the whole town had lost fear of him... not just one person.

Wolverine Stomps Freddy will be laughed at and seen as a joke.
#22 Edited by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@DeathByAnts

Yep, they had lost fear of him because no one remembered Freddy. Can't really be afraid of something that you don't know about.

Except two male characters in the movie, I might add. But pretty much everyone

Obviously you don't know what you're talking about, especially when you're saying stomped and being unable to provide correct information about Freddy

@Suiken_Seiji: True I had forgotten thats why. Further more how will Wolverine harm Freddy? and Vice versa

Ya the same guy that can't even handle teenagers in the dreamworld is suppose to beat Wolverine. If the kids can drag Freddy out of dreamland Wolverine would be more than capable of pulling the same thing off.
#27 Posted by Baltoro (1116 posts) - - Show Bio

Wolverine won't even have to drag Freddy out of the dreamworld.  Freddy would get the heck out of there asap when Wolverine shows him how to use clawed weapons properly.  Plus I doubt Freddy can inflict the damage to even slow Wolverine down let alone kill him.  He might be able to slash up 120lb teenage girls but he aint taking down an adamantiumed beast like Wolvie that easily.  I give it 10/10 Wolvie based on Freddys repeated losses to regular kids in his movies.  It's embarrassing.

#28 Edited by RisingBean (4327 posts) - - Show Bio

My take on it is that in the dream world Freddy kills you by making you believe you are dead. Although there have been times where he has affected people in the real world on top, this is inconsistant.

What is more important is that the teens Freddy kills know they will die if they are impaled, burned or whatnot. Wolverine's knowledge of himself is that he can in fact survive those things. And in the real world we know he can heal from pretty much any injury. So the question becomes can Freddy do enough to Logan in the dream world to make him doubt his survivability? If so I think he could win. With that said, I don't think he could manage it.
#29 Posted by Bruce27 (494 posts) - - Show Bio

If Freddy isn't messing around he'll win easily. But if he toys around with Wolverine; logan would bring him to the real world and destroy him.

#30 Posted by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@nick_hero22

Lmao, why don't you try offering actual feats of Wolverine handling him self in a dream rather than using ABC logic that fails.
#31 Posted by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@Baltoro

Freddy never lost in the dream world, only in the real world. He has only been contained in the dream world, this is by Alice. Who had the power and assistance to do so. She had to become a dream master, and also require the help of her mother's spirit, and even to that extint... She could only contain him, she couldn't knock him out or kill him. This has only happened once I might add. Every other time he gets beat in the real world or banished back in to the "dream world", and sense the battle is taking place in a dream... I doubt Wolverine can beat him.

As someone already pointed out. Wolverine needs to change the battle field in order to win, by grabbing hold of Freddy and waking up. Thus dragging Freddy out to the real world.
#32 Posted by Mr. Dead Pool (2625 posts) - - Show Bio

  Freddy's got over a 150 years of stuff to work with so Wolvie's going down. Also enjoy this video of the battle.

#33 Posted by The Stegman (25055 posts) - - Show Bio

The only way Logan can win is by waking up, otherwise Freddy stomps

In the dream world freddy is damn near omnipotent, he can alter reality at will, once inside a person's head, he can find their deepest fears, their most horrifying moments, every weakness imaginable and exploit it, i don't care how tough or badass Wolverine is, he has to fear something, freddy can easily make him see his past failures, all of the women in his life who he's failed to save, and make him re live those failures again and again, and Logan ISN'T completely unbeatable physically either, i believe if you cut his head off, it'll kill him, Freddy could do that in the dream world, there's no way wolverine can win this.

#34 Posted by TheBatman586 (6316 posts) - - Show Bio

1) Wolverine has implants in his brain that give him immunity to telepathy. It's debatable whether or not Freddy would even be able to enter his dreams.
2) Freddy had problems fighting Jason Voorhees in the dream world, and Jason isn't anywhere near as dangerous as Wolverine.
3) Wolverine's healing factor would ensure that nothing Freddy does to him would hurt him in any real way.
4) Wolverine wouldn't be afraid of Freddy, as he's encountered far scarier things than him.

tl;dr, Wolverine stomps.

If teenaged girls could take down Freddy, Wolverine would mop him up and then make him sit down and drink beer!
#36 Posted by theicon (1797 posts) - - Show Bio
@Suiken_Seiji: true  freddy said  she has their powers, he has their souls.....freddy could easily find wolvies fear, he'll find it   in jason vs freddy  freddy eventually found jason  who knows no fear.... fear
#37 Posted by Suiken_Seiji (520 posts) - - Show Bio
@theicon

Yep, and Freddy does this in multiple ways. There was no PIS or CIS or WIS, which ever you want to say in Freddy vs Jason, in the dream instance. Jason had one fear, that's when he was alive, as a child. When he first encountered death. Freddy used his own subconsciousness as a child to have him re-live the experience of the only time he actually was afraid.

When Freddy is in your dream, his in your head. When he's in your head, he finds out everything there is know about you. Relatives, dead or alive. Environments you haven't seen sense you were a child, even memories you've forgotten, etc.
#38 Posted by crash_ (159 posts) - - Show Bio

Freddy cant kill wolverine and wolverine cant kill freddy in the dreamland, This is a stalemate, unless wolverine figures out how to drag him in the real world and than rip him apart.

#39 Posted by NeonGameWave (8007 posts) - - Show Bio

If BFR is allowed and Wolverine is bloodlusted as well as has no morals, then Freddy is a dead man.

Can Freddy even damage Wolverine?

#41 Posted by ImmortalT1000 (3170 posts) - - Show Bio

Freddy Krueger wins easily.

He turns Wolverines adamantium to a 10 can and plays target practice with him.

I'm sure can also heal in the dream world lol. Via Freddy vs Jason growing both his arms back. He's probably more powerful in the comics btw.

How??? When it happens in the movies, it's for the sake of the plot.

@never give up: Logan likes to get up close and that is a confirmed weakness for Freddy if someone manages to do it.
