Frank Horrigan vs Death Claw pack from Fallout New Vegas (quarry junction) + 5 Death Claw Alfa-Males.

Deathclaws don't even really hurt Frank and he can one shot them so hard they explode into giblets, oh and he has the most powerful and advanced man-portable gun in the series; the Plasma Gatling Gun. Frank stomps.

He can punch a power armored man hard enough to make them explode. He wiped out an entire deathclaw nest. The man is the most lethal thing in fallout short of Liberty god damn Prime.
