Rath due to reflexes and reaction time but Fourarms is tough.

Four arms wins he can do Thunder claps not to mention he's more focused, Rath is just all fury and cussing he loses focus to easy.

Going with Rath. Considering they constantly fight for sport, I'd lean to to it having better technique. 4 Arms has always been a bit clumsy on his feet.

Good match though.

I'm giving it to Fourarms. Rath is awesome, but he's also stupid. He'll start screaming, "LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHIN', ALTERNATE VERSION OF ME WHOSE CURRENTLY TRANSFORMED INTO FOURARMS!" One thunderclap, later, he'll be reeling. He'll pull himself together, and charge. He'll get a few good hits in, but Fourarms is too durable. Rath'll just keep getting pummeled by whichever arms he's not fighting off until he goes down.
