Morals off, bloodlust on.

Battle ends in KO or existence wipe

Battle takes place at The Flying Dutchman.

Who wins?

Round 1: Most powerful incarnations.

Round 2: Darkseid vs Flying dutchman, normal incarnations.

You havn't even seen the Dutchman's feats.

The Flying Dutchman is shown to be one of the most powerful supernatural being in the ocean, rivaling King Neptune, Though The Flying Dutchman skills vary from episode to episode, he has been consistently capable to levitate, and teleport in a cloud of smoke preceded by a storm. In his first appearance, he is show to be capable of stealing souls and fire-breathing through his nose. He has also shown to be capable of opening dimensional portals to banish his enemies, as seen in "Shanghaied" and "Ghoul Fools". He has shown to be also capable of manipulating matter (even turning SpongeBob and Patrick into ghosts in "Curse of Bikini Bottom" and making objects appear out of thin air) and grant wishes, as seen in shanghaided and Money Talks.

However, of all his incarnations, his most powerful appearance was in Ghost Host, where he was able to shapeshift into numerous horrific forms and warped reality effortlessly. The only limitation to his powers regards his ghost tail. Despite being a champion in looping for centuries, he as long forgotten how to tie his shoes, and it's later reveled that he can't eat people without his dining sock.

Him shapeshifting:

I have, actually.

But with Darkseid's tech advantage, I don't see how the Dutchman can actually do anything to him:

he has been consistently capable to levitate,

No advantage in this fight

and teleport in a cloud of smoke preceded by a storm.

Darkseid has teleportation abilities as well, and is about as subtle, lol. Boom Tube.

he is show to be capable of stealing souls and fire-breathing through his nose.

Fire isn't going to hurt Darkseid, and Dutchman isn't stealing Uxas' soul.

He has shown to be also capable of manipulating matter (even turning SpongeBob and Patrick into ghosts in "Curse of Bikini Bottom" and making objects appear out of thin air)

So he's going to try and play Darkseid at Darkseid's own game? Desaad once irritated Darkseid, and Darkseid disintegrated him with a wave of his hand. A couple of pages later, he resurrected Desaad.

and grant wishes.

I fail to see how that gives him an advantage here.

However, of all his incarnations, his most powerful appearance was in Ghost Host, where he was able to shapeshift into numerous horrific forms and warped reality effortlessly.

Great! He's going up against Soulfire Darkseid, who went toe-to-toe with the Source. So you know...the Dutchman might last a few minutes.

He goes up against normal darkseid and soulfire.

1. How does he do against normal.

2. All I was trying to prove that the Dutchman can go against alot of reality warpers since his powers have no limits, the only limit they have is if he deosn't have on his sock. So what if he tried snapping Darkseid out of existence?

This just proves the Dutchman is not weak IMO,

Also, what if the dutchman banishes him into the void?

@dccomicsrule2011:

In Dragon Ball Z, Buu turned Vegito into a candy. And Vegito still won. Just saying.
