Barry and Zoom clear.
a) Show one instance where either character has gotten more than one such punch off without sending an opponent flying. If he were capable of that, there wouldn't be a 'Justice League', because he has no reason to hold back against the likes of Darkseid, Mongul, or Doomsday. The FASTER Zoom was spending half his fight running from the JL, getting tagged by Green Lantern, and finally got his butt kicked by an injured and wounded Wonder Woman. If Thor can take a Blitz from Sentry long enough to counter, a morals off Thor certainly can get off one shot at a target the size of a planet that isn't moving.
b) Both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker are also capable of energy manipulation. Also time manipulation, but this is the other Zoom.
c) Speed steal didn't impact Anti-Monitor at all. He never noticed it. What he DID manage to do was use the energy to give the other heroes a 'second wind'. They were still the ones pounding him.
d) While Thor has never shown the capacity to 'blitz' on his own, he has shown the capacity to react to incoming light speed attacks. (IE, energy blasts after they have been fired.) And 'morals off' (or even Morals On if he thinks the creatures is that dangerous), he doesn't have to tag the attacker. If the attacker can't survive a planetary explosion.... either can make one.
