Yes, this it in character with current versions as @DarkElf35 has stated. So going by that rule, Wonder Woman would win because she is much more aggressive, good at utilizing her skills and doesn’t hold back as much as Flash or Superman for the matter.

I'm a pretty big Flash fan and I was hoping that, even though they got rid of Wally, they'd make Barry a little less boring like he was. So far the new Flash series has sorely let me down. Here's hoping the latest issue signifies a change for the more exciting. It is pretty funny that Superman has him beat by like 300x speed wise.

@Dredeuced: I only read the first and second books so far, and I can't believe Flash is still lagging behind Supes. Maybe if Barry and Hal had more buddy team-ups with more humor then it could be more interesting to read.

Barry's role in the JL thusfar has been "Get beat up by Cheetah" and otherwise be pretty useless. Aquaman and Cyborg are getting more love lol.

Plus his durability doesn't seem THAT bad, since he took hits from Supergirl. But yeah, he has a ways to go.

He outright stated he was slower than Cheetah, lol. The disintegration was accidental, too. The best thing he's done is phase an airplane and then immediately pass out. Barry's laaaame.

Also I wouldn't say he can see the future. He's just more descriptive about the super speed thought that every Flash ever has.

@Spidermeat101: needs more detail than just the characters name, and there's been another Flash vs Wonder Woman, but since your Flash is Wally I don't know if they will lock this or not.

If this is New 52 Barry vs New 52 Wonder Woman (which is not), Wonder Woman probably have good chance of winning.

But since the OP said it was Wally, Wally takes a majority.

I was waiting for you to post these. Once again, Zoom was jobbing for character related reasons -- he was attempting to make Wonder Woman and Wally into a "better" hero by making them suffer through loss (earlier in this issue Zoom is seen beating the crap out of WW's best friend, much like how he killed Wally's unborn kids). When he's NOT trying to morally checkmate her, he beat her, Superman, and Green Lantern without breaking a sweat, at the same time.

If its new 52 Wonder Woman wins. Pre Flashpoint Wally wins.
