Out of all the DC characters, Barry pretty much retained his powers pretty well. He can even phase through objects. I don't see why Wally or Barry can't beat Thor.

I know the picture is of Wally but it says New 52 and since Wally hasnt appeared in the new 52 its Barry on one side and Bart on the other no wally anywhere it has to be Barry and he has had problems KOing people, BFR he can KO not entirely sure.

That's PIS because light is faster than thought.
Also, he never said anything of the sort during his fight with Grodd. The only time a Flash ever said anything like that would be when Wally fought Grodd in Flash #240, and that instance of Flash not being faster than thought can be dismissed because it's contradicted by several other instances where he IS faster than thought (off the top of my head, there's the time he fought Cobalt Blue where he said "Flashes move faster than thought!", and the time when the JLA fought the En'Tarans, in that instance Martian Manhunter said that he, Superman, Wonder Woman and Flash could evade detection by telepathy because all four of them were faster than thought.)

Why would I mention Wally if he doesn't exist in New-52? Well the problem was that you assumed. If I went on and on in other post then I'd understand. Not that big of a deal.
