None of them have superspeed but all of them can hit the Flash.

Hulk can't do any of them except stomping ground. Which isn't going to stop Flash from vibrating through ground.

Captain Cold creates cold fields that slow Flash down or he removes traction from the ground. Hulk cannot replicate either effect.

Heatwave creates fire so intense that it affects Flash's ability to run as well, by cramping his chest and legs as well as straining his suit's friction threshold (Weather Wizard has also done this). Hulk cannot replicate the affect.

Mirror Master? LOL. McCulloch is a horrible example to bring up, he can do anything he wants since Flash can't touch him. Moving on.

Hulk can't produce gale force winds anyway.

Ground fissures took him down because the ground was unsteady to begin with. And they didn't take him down, he easily defeated Mongul. I even posted the scans of that fight. Why is this still being discussed?

This is the whole point, the one that you continually ignore. NONE OF THEM CAN HIT THE FLASH. The only Flash rogues who can actually hit Flash in direct fights are the ones who are speedsters themselves. The others all slow him down first with various methods, and then they hit him. Apart from "Hulk will smash the ground", you haven't proven that Hulk can replicate any of their tricks.

Hulk won't see Flash and will lose so easily.

Ok if there is NO BFR Juggerhulk eventually takes this as the flash has super metabolism and will eventually run out of juice. If hulk dosnt have his Healing dosnt mean he dosnt have the Cytorack healing.
