Title says everything. Flash wants to catch him for Justice League dinner. Then Road Runner is trying to escape. Who wins?
Flash vs Road Runner

Fash, the RR has been clocked at full speed going 300 MPH.
Will. E. Coyote still tried to catch him with missiles. And he didn't, and missiles today are much much more faster than just 300 mph.
His top speed has been recorded as 300 MPH, your right now today they are. But I doubt Wile E is using state of the art rockets, he uses ACME rockets.@Wolfrazer said:

The Road Runner was a jerk and a bully. Poor old Wile.E, so I'll root for the Flash even if he's doomed.
These battles never seem fair or even logical. It's Toon force. It's a show literallyfilled with reality warpers and complete randomness. Even the artists could enter the story, or the characters would become the artists (two different episodes that I recall from memory). There are no rules or boundaries for these characters, and all real world and even standard comic world rules and physics are thrown out the window. Being that Flash is the opposition running against Road Runner, he will be struck with incalculable levels of bad luck, then it will be revealed at the end that he was racing against Zoom the entire time. Honestly, only reality warping characters and omnipotent gods stand a chance.

Won't cosmic beings be affected by the absurd levels of bad luck?

I was thinking that too, actually. There's just too much comedy and wacky elements for this to be a serious fight or race. *shrug*
Flash is fast and cool and all but yeah.
Toon Force>>>Speed Force. Toon's can break the barriers of reality far easier then those of comics unless they're a godly or omnipotent power, which Flash is not.
So, RR
flashpoint says otherwise
Since Flash catching RR would not be funny and him failing miserably despite his speed would be hilarious, RR wins.
Toon force too stronk.
Since when do characters get to enjoy WIS in vsbattles?
@mrmxyzptlk: How is it wis? A cartoon bunny being able to always outsmart a hunter and break the laws of physics is part of its power set. Bugs Bunny's toonforce.
Same for Road Runner.

Winning because it would be 'funny' is WIS.
@mrmxyzptlk: Objects will totally ignore the laws of physics around RR to make sure he wins. That is just his power. That is like saying Supes using his superior powerset to win vs Deadpool is wis.
You can be sore about it, but that is how toonforce works for high end users. Deal with it.

Why is that uniquely HIS power? Its more likely that its just the nature of his universe. It doesn't mean that his power is to win, thats absurd. Just because a character always wins doesn't mean winning is in its powerset.
@cpt_nice: Yeah but... Road runner isn't as high tier as you're thinking. With toon force, people tend to think all toon force users are indestructible, but Road Runner hasn't shown anything to says he could outrun Flash. In fact, just about every time Wil E. Coyote got something from ACME to be as fast as Road Runner, Road Runner couldn't speed up, he had to outsmart Wil E. Instead. In short, Road Runner is limited. He's not Bugs Bunny.
