Flash got 99 problems but a Stark ain't one. Massive speed advantage leads into strength advantage/ Stark having no prep leaves him no chance. Flash could bang Maria Hill and Pepper, then speed tornado Tony in the time it takes for the iron man suit to react.

But yeah, as for the OP, Iron Man doesn't stand an inkling of a chance unless he can tailor make his suit to be immune to phasing and take hits that send Kryptonians flying.
