I know this battle is a bit obvious. But here are the rules:

All Powers and equipment: ON

Prep time: none

Ghost Town: ON

Fight until death.

Fight takes place in Tokyo.

Human T and Flash will be 15 m away when the battle starts.

Also, I'm new here so I need honest answers.

What is ghost town ?

@golender: The honest answer is that Flash stomps 90% of all characters he is put up against because he is fast. As in REALLY fast

The battle was limited to the ghost town and they couldn't leave...

Human Torch was already in the air when the fight began...

If Flash panicked and didn't react properly when Johnny did his nova blast...

Then yes, Human Torch could potentially win. Otherwise, Flash ends this before it starts.
