Flash vs Despero

Flash (Wally West) vs Despero

...VS...

No prep, pre-52 versions. In character, fighting to win. Standard equipment. Starting 100m apart. Win by KO or death.

From my knowledge I will say Flash but I'm not sure how Despero TP works.

Despero took on the Justice League & Justice Society. He stomps Flash hard.

It doesn't matter. Flash can attack at speeds that are much faster than thought.

Flash wins.  Despero won't be able to lay a hand on him. Flash would keep punching him until he is knocked out.

Despero won't even be able to pull off some kind of desperado before getting blitz-stomped. Flash wins this.

Depends on the writer, I guess. Also, the in-character parameter makes this more difficult for Flash.

Agreed. This really depends on whether Flash "fighting to win" means he'll move at speeds that Despero cannot contend with, which he is capable of doing, but does not always do. If he moves and strikes at those speeds, he wins. If not........Despero has already beaten Flash twice in separate encounters with the League.

Flash is RIDICULOUSLY powerful.

I'm not a fan of Flash...but feats are feats...

He has done it.

Going through the anti-monitor's armor !

He should be able to dismember Despero.

Morals On in character: Despero.

Morals off: Flash.

No one can defeat flash! No one !

Despero. He's caught him before, why can't he do it again?

It's true that Despero's physical strength has been shown to be superior to Superman and Captain Marvel, but I still think Flash can take this. His Infinite Mass Punch was able to knock out a martian as durable/tough as Superman from Mount Rushmore to the plains of Africa, all with one punch.
