I think eventually Darwin will evolve to a point where he can beat the Flash but it might take a while. On the Flip Side, I see no way the Flash can kill Darwin.

If Flash speed steal's Darwin to the point that he's a complete statue, body completely frozen, would Darwin's ability to evolve be frozen with his body?

Would Darwin be able to evolve out of having his speed stolen, even though it doesn't kill him?

I'm going with Flash. I don't see how Darwin could evolve to win here.

I doubt it. Its not like Darwin has to think to use his powers, they simply react.

Hmm I think you're thinking of it the opposite way. When Flash speed stole Inertia and made him a statue, it said his body was frozen while his mind was conscious.

So, if Flash speed steals Darwin, his body will be frozen. Can Darwin's powers, which arise from his body, react when all the processes - even on an atomic level of his body - of his body are frozen?

It depends how exactly Darwin will adapt to the situation He could just teleport away like with hulk or Make himself move faster than the speed of light
