Carrion could be trouble, while a combination of The Spot and Morlun could do some damage as well, but if we're going that deep into the Spidey rogue gallery, they'd have a lot of Flash Rogues to contend with and the sheer numbers would end up outweighing them after Zoom takes the rest of the Spidey rogues out.

The only way villains vs. villains make sense are when the heros are equal. I don't think you'll find many people saying Spiderman = Flash.

@gav: In all fairness, the F4 have really strong villains, but are a pretty weak team comparatively.

Well they are a team, and work together as a team regularly. Neither sets of these villains are normally all working together.
