Flash CW vs Andrew Detmer

Andrew. Both rounds. In character the Flash doesn't speed blitz without dialogue and usually has to warm up before he hits his more powerful shots.

Andrew even when stable is smarter and more cunning. He wouldn't waste time if it's a fight.

He grabs a hold of Flash and throws him around like a rag doll. Most likely killing him almost instantly.

Give the Flash more experience here and it's most likely a different outcome.

Flash could take this.

When does flash ever speed blitz a meta to knock out on the first encounter? If this didn't say "in character" it would be a joke of a fight but in character barry is ridiculously stupid. He wouldnt go for the win on the first hit so then andrew lifts him off the ground and its over. Sans PIS, barry takes it handily and the flash tv show wouldn't exist. Hell, pit me against any CW superhero and i could take em just by exploiting PIS. CW ruins superheroes
