1971 Firestorm or 1681 Firestorm? Sentry pre-Jason era or after? Space or Earth? Is Captain American's shield lying anywhere around for them to grab? Need details.

May I ask what feats Firestorm has had in order for you to come up with this reasoning

Jason: Firestorm wins.
Ronnie: Probably Sentry, due to the fact that Ronnie can't manipulate organic matter.

This.
@gobstakid777:
Firestorm is able to trans-mutate matter on an insane scale. I remember one JLA story where he proposed the top layer of Earth's crust into water in order to cool the planet, and he was serious.

I know his power, but I mean what feats does he have that can put him same scale as the guy kicked the ass of the great molecule man himself?

Let's be clear here: the "great MM" was a tiny grain of sand compared to his true self. As far as I'm concerned, that scene was a negative against MM more than it was a positive for Sentry.

@Decoy Elite: Which version of Firestorm did that feat? Jason or Ronnie?

Jason, and he didn't actually do it. He simply proposed it in Obsedian Age part 1.

Firestorm when Jason first started he was able to turn the street into his "minions" looping up the bad guys in tentacles of cements and street lites

I dig it. That was a pretty low mark for a guy who could previously best Beyonder in a trans-omniversal fight

Let me rephrase. What can Firestorm do to Sentry that Sentry cannot counter?

 Firestorm is powerful but sentry is a powerhouse.
