Ozai has challenged CM to Agni Kai. 
The twist is that it takes place during Sozin's Comet.

Combustion man.

Combustion Man in Sozin's Comet might be able to completely annihilate Ba Sing Se or something lol. Though the power would probably be too much for him to handle, and he could accidentally blow himself up.

Ozai's mostly too agile for him, but Combustion Man might theoretically win just for the blast radius alone.
