Natsu can eat Fire's fire, so I'm gonna put my money on team 2 here. ^.^

I don't know much about Team 2, but I know that when Bea "Flames On" she is completely intangible to all physical attacks.

If Team 2 can overcome that obstacle, then they've got a shot, IMO...
