Finesse vs Damian Wayne

See Spoiler tag (if you read Avengers Academy #3. I don't know if it warrants a spoiler tag, so I did it anyway)
 
Location: A training arena. It's 100 ft wide and 100 ft long.
Morals: Standard.
 
They start 10 ft apart. No prep. They know nothing about each other prior to the fight. 
 
Round 1: Armed with their standard gear.
Round 2: Unarmed.
 
So, who wins?

True.  But do you think Damian's gadgets would help him at all? And Danny even commented that knowing the moves doesn't mean the same thing as knowing when to use them. "

That would work. I'd take Finesse if they were unarmed. "

Scenario 1: Damian

Scenario 2: Stalemate

I want to say damian but i have not read the issue so i do not know what she can do  
 
but damian did paralyze someone's arms only useing birdarangs and can fight blind

I'm going with Finesse because she can copy anyone's move and use Damian's attacks against him
