Um... this is God of Magic Kefka. He is more powerful than magic users like Doc Strange and Odin. I don't know how Joker can just blink him out of existence. He can counter his abilities. He is the God of Magic.
Kefka is overrated.
Kefka was a great villain as far as FF is concerned, but Emperor Joker is way too powerful for him to handle.

Coming from a huge FF6 fan, that is some of the worst wank I have heard in a while.
Joker probably stomps but not easily.
