Not seeing how 19 beats him. His energy absorption will only be relevant up until Cooler figures out not to use energy attacks, and even then he'll probably try and take of his hands like Vegeta did.

Also..14 shouldnt be last. He's powerful enough to give Base Goku a somewhat decent fight on his own. But Cooler already stomped Kaioken Goku.

He clears or stops at the final Wave if that, I'm leaning a lot more toward clear though.

I say he clears, I don't see 19 winning against cooler, Gero was getting owned by Piccolo, and Cooler manhandled base Goku, something Android 14 couldn't do.
