Who wins and why?

Which version of Thanos? MCU? He still lacks feats.

Which of the comics versions...? Most versions would stomp IMO.

If MCU means the comic versions, team has a chance, since I believe Drax alone has had some decent fights against the Titan.

However, if this is the movie version for the team, they lose.

Thanos.

Comic Thanos easily takes them all at once.

Even if it was comic versions, without the proper shot, even Drax would be killer here, but the team would have a minimal chance at least. Thanos versus that versions murders them with minimal effort.
