Ur characters must be :
Street level (Deathstroke is allowed)
Strength class cannot exeed 5 tons
Speed cannot exeed 50 mph
Certain Mutants allowed (Gambit, Wolverine, Nightcrawler with restrictions)
Cannot have psychic powers
Cannot be magical beings or use magic
Cannot be cosmic beings or use cosmic powers
Weapons are allowed but only standard less I say otherwise in a battle.
No powers that can manipulate the elements (wind, water ect.)
No ability to fly (Unless by gadgets)
No shapeshifters
No duplication
NO KARATE KID, SHADOWLAND DD, IRON FIST, or MIDNIGHTER
