***To make it a more interesting battle, Magneto CANNOT use his powers on Iron Man or War Machine's suit (like crumpling them up into a soda can). Kinda makes for a lame battle if he kills them instantly. But pelting them with cars and such is still a go***

Fight takes place in the skies above NYC. No prep or BFR.

I think team 3 is the most powerful, but Magneto is the best over all.

Eh? More powerhouses on Team 3. Iron Man alone can hack War Machine and War Monger, and has countermeasures for Magneto, should work well with his current version.
