Fernus should be above anyone that his TP inhibitors have defended against, but even if he holds off the TP Fernus still has all of MMH's physicals to an even greater degree, but I think it is dependent on how long they can hold off his TP, which in turn is dependent on whether Stark's inhibitors hold.

Well the additions certainly make it more interesting, if Iron Man's TP inhibitors hold the team can definitely take it.
