Is this, like, the Fenris from Norse mythology (I believe) or some sort of redo of Fenris for comic books?

Lets see Fenris is 6 miles long and only a rope made out of impossible things can hold him Even then this ain't permanent and his strength constantly doubles. The hulk is screwed if it's the mythology Fenris.

even if it isn't he still wins. Glepnir = sinews of a bear, beard of a woman, breath of a fish, spit of a bird, roots of a mountain, the sound of a cats footsteops, and i think other things, but i can't remember.
