Gamora may have the advantage physically, she has been cybernetically enhanced by Thanos, but Zealot is a master Coda warrior and has a lot more of experience due to her age, she has been around for hundred of years.

Gamora was enhanced again later by Adam Warlock when she was released from the soul gem,so,this means she greatly has an advantage physically over zealot,plus she was the most dangerous women in the marvel universe.Then there's the training with Thanos.
