Um... I would say Skye has shown better hacking as she was able to hack stuff on the run, and from random PC's. Felicity always has her high power base of operations and Ollis Dough. Skye was hacking shield and erasing identities from a van.

Skye. Just because you can't see the green outlines they put on her computer screens to CGI whatever screen they want on it.

Whereas you can see them on Felicity's whenever she's sitting in front of them. Which is ALWAYS.

Skye. Seen both shows, she is the better hacker overall. And I think she is way cuter than Felicity, but to each his own. Frankly though, I'd have my way with both.
