In less than 1 minute Jeon was able to transmutate and combine 567 nuclear warheads into one giant nuke, teleport entire population of Seoul out of the city, used gravity pull to summon giant meteors from space and surround the city with enormous barrier to seal the explosion inside the city, all of this while he was fighting against Bishop. He also survived this massive explosion without using magical barrier to protect himself:

JJS created a super nuclear bomb (which was stated to be easily capable of vaporizing the ENTIRE Korean Peninsula and the surrounding area) and then enhanced by alchemic magic and them manipulated the Earth's gravity to call down 10-15 GIANT meteorites from the atmosphere. He did this all within a few seconds, btw. The explosion would have likely wiped out Northeast Asia but the JJS's barrier prevented that.

Not to mention he is one of the strongest members of the Six, an elite team who includes people who can casually wipe an island off the face of the Earth and hold back a tsunami that dwarfed a country as well as a wish-granting reality warper/telepath/dimensional traveler.
