DBZ hasnt had many people that can control time only person they had was Goldo of the Ginyu force and when he used his power on Gohan and Krillin they couldnt break out. I'm not picking a winner but do you think Buu can get out of a time spoting ability but to a greater extent?
If there are any other people that can uses that power that I forgot name them please.

the imp wouldn't be able to hit buu because buu would just dodge it or just simply take the punch so zoom's fits would be stuck into buu's fat and buu would either a) kill zoom or b) absorb him.
