Conditions:

• Frank has been hired to transport something from one end of the city to the other but it turns out it belongs to Dom's crew and they are not ok with that!
• Frank is not going to fight unless he has to his main objective is to deliver the package
• They are all driving the same type of car
• If the cars are destroyed the chase will continue on foot
• All are armed with hand guns
• Both have 24 hours to study a map of the city
• Morals On
• Frank wins if he beats the team to the other end of the city and delivers the packet or if he beats them all
• The Fast team wins if they prevent Frank reaching the other end of the city and delivering the package or if they kill him

Location:

Frank wins. His preparation is his 3 rules. His fighting and driving abilities are second to none in his movies, and they appear much greater than those of Dom's crew.
