Iron man will get trashed, yes, but she cant fly, and with no prep has the daze/ earth atmosphere problems. Hulk can capitalise. As she's not soaked in earths sun cos of her armour, she has superhuman strength, but is not as strong as hulk, and not fast enough to outrun things like gamma wave and other Hulk radiation feats.

She got KO'd from the missile because Superman busted her helmet and her senses were being overloaded...Meanwhile, Hulk gets cut by shrapnel, stabbed by Abomination's elbow bone, and KO'd from falling out of the sky. Not once, did any Kryptonian bleed from any physical damage. Plus her combat speed makes her untouchable when compared to Hulk...

While Faora has combat speed that is superior to Hulks she doesnt have the necessary strength/durability based on what she showed in the movie to win this.
Its like people never saw the Avengers, know anything about Iron Man or Hulk, or watched Man of Steel. If you actually saw man of steel, you would know that The Kryptonians are all weaklings. Hulk grabs her, falls in love and makes sweet Hulk love to her all night. Shes got a kryptonian vagina, she can handle Hulk.
Haven't seen Man of Steel... But for the record... Hulk didn't show any sign of struggle in the entire movie... Actually he was smashing everyone and everything, using Loki as a pinata... The only moment he couldn't afford what he wanted was when he tried to lift Thor's Hammer... That suggests maybe he wasn't worthy of lifting it at that moment. Anyway, im no one to judge, but i just wanted to throw this in the middle... Hulk wasn't harmed in the entire avengers... Showing something similar to invulnerability for sure.
With this said... I haven't seen MOS so don't know who.

Maybe he calmed down while falling don't you think? Also, Bruce stated he was always angry... That implies he has "some" control over Hulk... Anyway, i didn't see him weeping with those aliens... Actually i saw him wrecking everybody including that big @ss worm and Loki rather easy... He looked like he was enjoying the war...

That bothered me too especially when Norton seemed to have gained control at the end of TIH. If they built it up a little and didn't have him appear out of nowhere it maybe could have worked.
