Fantomex vs Mr Terrific

-Fight takes place in NYC
-Random encounter 
-Mr Terrific has 2 T-Spheres and Fantomex has standard gear( 2 pistols and E.V.A.)
- Both in Character
-Win by all conventional means
-They start on a roof top 50 feet away from each other.
   

Fantomex due to his stupid little misdirection thing

Without prep, Fantomex. 
With prep, Terrific.

Fantomex is great at prep indeed, if he wins without prep, he wins too with prep (even with a larger margin).

What would he use to counteract the misdirection?

His tech should counter just fine. His t-spheres took down Cap Nazi. Compared to that Fantomex is chump change.

Terrific goes down. He has no way past the misdirection.

Fantomex wins. With prep, however, Mr. Terrific would win.

Whats stopping Mr Terrifics T-Spheres from speed from blitzing him.  His T-Spheres can go far beyond the speed of sound and are linked to his mind so he only needs to think to control them. 
 
Plus E.V.A. shouldn't be able to detect him he's invisible to all tech.
