Fantomex. I think their powers would mostly cancel each other out and Fantomex is much better physically and has better combat skills.

Fantomex...misdirection is better than bad luck, you can't chance your way out of a mental wammy like that....she'll be shooting at a shadow thinking she's won then get clapped out, bleeding slowly to death she realizes it was all an illusion and her heart slows to a crawl.....but then she never got shot in the first place, misdirection ftw.
