Spidey punches Thing into orbit just like hulk, Reed would be tricky but Peter could make that rubber band snap with the uni power's help, torch would not be too hard (isn't his webbing fire proof?) as for Sue he is fast enough to take her out before she could hurt him. Still wondering how he could beat Reed though. Is it too the death or just defeat? But in my opinion its him versus Reed and Sue, they could be a problem for Pete.

His webbing, some are fire proof some are not. and ofcourse Uni power spiderman wnis
Normal spiderman was able to solo against the X-Men, so I see no reason why he would need these cosmic powers with them it's a STOMP !!! BUT if Reed Richards has the ULTIMATE NULLIFIER its game over for spidey.
