But Extremis Iron Man can just turn off all he machines in Reed's lab, and it wouldn't take him that long to beat the other three if he speed blitz's.

But it did take Stark longer to access the alien tech then it did normal tech. How much longer would it take him to access tech made by Reed Richards, and tech made to fight Iron Man specifically?

True, but the Skrulls were obsessed with him. Remember him and Reed were their biggest sore spot and that's why they tried to take them both out as well as they could, even while using them to conquer earth. Because they took Reed out too. They were high priority targets and the Skrulls had a level of tech that no one had seen up until then.
Thousands of super skrulls and with the powers of all of earth's heroes. And no way to detect them. No magic, no tech, nothing with the single exception of 3D Man. So yeah the Skrulls are not something to measure against.

@castleking: Franklin altered reality when he brought back Galactus. So Sue was pregnant with Valeria and the baby she failed to deliver was never sent to the alternate future to be raised by Doom. Though Doom did have to deliver her and still gave her the name Valeria she is 100% Reed's daughter. And she's a super genius though I think they're playing it up a bit too much.
Plus as for her overloading the Scientist Supreme's tech it was a version of the Ant-Man helmet Cho build from spare parts and a few extra things.

"Seeing that Abraxas was hard to defeat, eventually Franklin and Valeria combine their powers to restore Galactus to life, realizing that Galactus was in the heart of Eternity. In the process of that plan of attack, Valeria's life is forfeit. Or was it? Moments after the event, Sue is shown calling out to Franklin and carrying a rather large bulge.
Valeria's life once again returned to that of a baby, and inside her mother's womb, making Sue once again pregnant with the baby girl she thought she lost many years ago and also the truth of Val's father was revealed. As for my choice, several of the unspecified conditions in the OP give Iron Man the edge, and even without them, Extremis still grants him the versatility to take on the F4 head on.
His forcefield has withstood a nuclear explosion with 2% of its power, so I'd say he can hold out Sue's constructs.
Iron Man can take down at least two of the 4 in one move, while in the air, keeping his distance. High frequency attack, which puts the human mind in stasis.
I say yes, but that's theoretical - there is no true evidence, for, or against it. I generally assume people with the ability to erect forcefields aren't capable of being affected while shielded, unless there are examples to suggest otherwise, and even then, it depends on who did it, and on if the pattern is repeatable.

That was while he was wearing one of the Hulk's obedience collars, which were designed to suppress his powers completely. The fact that he could still take command of the droid is an impressive feat in itself.
Besides, it says the FF encounter him outside of the Baxter Building, and they don't know he is coming.

The only person who can possibly stall Tony is Sue, if she smashes him around Sue will stop him but Ironman is extremely fast and he's got a bunch of gizmos that can take her down
The other two Fan4 idiots are just canon fodder, Johnny's only big move is he can go Nova but he risks killing Reed, Thing and Sue in the process and Ironman might survive the Nova anyway Thing has nothing to stop Ironman
Mr Strecho better run to his lab real fast because Ironman can have them all blitzed in about 3 seconds even some of his antique armors gave the Fan4 trouble
@OhTru: Its not only Ironman who has gotten more powerful than the scans you displayed. Since those scans, the Thing has increased in strength (from 85 to approx 100 tonnes on the Marvel strength scale), the Invisible Womans forcefield has also developed (remember the development of it being powered by hyperspatial energies or the like) and Reed had lost and regained his powers at least once (recieving a power upgrade on reagining his powers).
