Fantastic Four vs Fantastic Four

It's been YEARS since I read comic books but I always wondered who would have won between the Fantastic Four (Green Hulk, Spider-Man, Wolverine and Ghost Rider) against the Fantastic Four (<r Fantastic, Thing, Invisible Woman and Human Torch). It was a draw in 374 but MAN I wanted them to finish it. Thing's face just got mangled so he's out but Sharon Ventura and Lyja are on the side of the traditional Fantastic Four. They will fight until one team gives up or is maimed or dead.
