It's only 20 minutes. The question isn't whether he can do it with prep. It's whether 20 minutes is enough time to come up with something to overcome her power.

If it was like a couple of days of prep then I'd say Reed easily, but 20 minutes to handle 3 different opponents may not be enough.

But it's definitely between Sue and Reed.

Reed can win without prep

Johnny spends his 20 minutes going super nova...

When the fight starts, sue kills Johnny and then Reed and sue burn to death, the thing wins by survival...

With prep = Reed

Without = Sue

We didn't really see Reed do anything within 20 minutes. At least not that I can think of off the top of my head.
