To Win : KO, Death, Incapacitation

I give it to FF because of the sheer fact human torch can beat iceman and melt colossus easily.However storm can flash freeze both mr fantastic and invisible woman.. Can go either way

I say Fantastic 4 because. invisible woman can just forcefield block cyclops beam and push it back into his own face and kill him, torch can super critical and melt colossus and ice man that way. and since mr fantastic is rubbery he has resist to storms lighting and can coil around her and hold her still while thing beats the shit out of her.

X-men here's why:

Storm uses Mr. Fantastic weakness (ice) and freezes him

Iceman beats invisible by lowering her body temperature where he does't kill but leaves her unconscious

Storm beats Thing because how is he going to do any damage

Colossus and Cyclops take care of Johnny Storm

BUT IT COULD ALSO GO LIKE THIS

Human Torch beats Storm because he's faster

Invisible Woman beats cyclops by trapping him in a force field

Mr. Fantastic beats Colossus by outsmarting him

Thing tries to deal with Iceman before receiving help

X-men win 7/10 encounters

F4, because they didn't get violated by Loeb.
