Scorponok has alot of weaponry in both of his modes and hes really really fast. He almost killed Grimlock in of the spotlight issues a couple of months ago.

That doesn't really indicate to me that he could overwhelm the FF. Ben is probably strong enough to damage him, and Sue could probably crush him outright. She could certainly hold off any weapons he might point in their direction.

Sue can't stop incoming Warhead missiles, as well as his auotmatic energy blast coming right at them.. Ben isn't anywhere near his strength level. He moves fast so if they try make a move hes already there.
