This is Captain Marvel as Billy Baston.... not Lord Marvel... thats why I titled the battle the way I did

the captain wins this. Fallen one is not invulnerable, as annihilation showed, he can be hurt, and the captain is capable of hurting him.

Only if he can be hit by the lighting the fallen one can avoid with ease and can aim his powers plus he can put captain under the bolt and change him back.

It says in comics most powerful of the heralds and it is on the website captain marvel is a cool character and all but admit it if he yelled shazam and miss the fallen one or worse the fallen one moved so fast and pushed marvel into the lighting he returns to normal and poof gone. But this is one scnerio plus the fallen one has energy blast while CM doesn't except for when he calls shazam.
