How much prep time is "plenty"? I mean, Bane can't fly, or do much to tag Falcon at all here. His only chance is knocking him out of the air with his prep. Otherwise this is just a slow, plodding fight in which Bane gets dismantled.

Like, can't Falcon just get Shield to help him out here? Bane has good physicals, but frankly, he can't win.

With or without prep, Bane walks all over Sam. Falcon is just an average combatant, Bane can take on Batman or JPV even without venom and make it a tough contest. You need excellent skills or overwhelming physicals to beat Bane, Sam has neither.

Falcon is a joke.

KOL I don't mind you here Just so you know, now on this topic bane has a pretty wicked Accuracy feat

Bane.

Falcon. Tbh, he can just fly up then send a million bird down until they kill Bane. And with his bird share vision, it wouldn’t be a problem for him to know where Bane is. In h2h, he has hurt Nuke and superhuman way more durable than Bane. His durability feats are enough to suggest he can tank Bane hits without much issue, and while he will lose in h2h, he is not getting demolished.
