Much as I like Red Robin, this one goes to Falcon. Falcon not only has super strength, he has actual flight, plus he's been trained by Captain America. Capt. America's training outdoes Batman's any day. in my opinion.

Let me rephrase that--Falcon has enhanced strength due to the power suit. He IS stronger than Tim Drake. Shouldn't have said you were trolling. Sorry.
@Decept-O: Saying a character has "excellent hand-to-hand" isn't enough. You need proof of it. Support with feats which show Falcon is a skilled fighter. Despite all of his training, I've seen one mediocre hand-to-hand feat from him.

Little known fact: Vulture learnt the loop-the-loop from Bruce Wayne. Batman pioneered the epic maneuver with his fancy glider-cape. Frankly thats worth controlling a hundred birds in my book.

Well Batman has a device that lets him control Bats and bats can carry rabies though rarely used. But if Falcon know the dreaded loop-the-loop there is no hope for Tim surviving this encounter

Dude I've never seen anything that suggests Falcon's strength is augmented in any way at all. Can you post scans of that?
Also, raw strength very, very rarely decides an encounter between two martial artists. It's not a major factor unless he's like class 10 or something.

1) Being trained by Captain America doesn't mean you're nearly as skilled as him. Spider-Man, Tony Stark, and Clint Barton have been trained by Rogers. Think that makes them as good as him? 2) Super speed? Perhaps you didn't elaborate enough. You must mean while he's in motion during flight. Because as far as his speed in combat goes, he does not have super speed. 3) Variety of other powers = communication with birds and the ability to see through their eyes. Considering no location has been given, we cannot consider this an advantage at all.
@Decept-O: I would like to see proof of this enhanced strength, because I have never seen it. Also, while Falcon does have some H2H skills, his feats don't come anywhere near Tim's does. The only advantage Falcon has here is Flight, which wouldn't be a big deal with the various equipment Tim has.
I am reviving this, Falcon does not just have an empathic link to his own pet falcon redwing, but can extend his control over lots, like when he used them against the Scarecrow, and when he was chained to a wall, caused a load of birds to smash through a window and attack red skull, RR may be a better fighter, but if anyone has ever seen the film 'birds' you will know that an army of angry birds can rip anyone to shreds in seconds, he has an army of potentially 6 billion in the states alone, RR pisses him off, he is going to get ripped to pieces in seconds, then have his head cut off by falcon himself!
