Round 2: Evil cole from ONLY infamous 2

Round 3: All feats from infamous 1 and 2 are usable.

Round 4: Cole from that vampire dlc pack.

Round 5: End of infamous 2 cole(he basically has the powers of the beast)

Round 6: basically any of these rounds but its natsu before second origin and 3 month time skip.

Round 7: same as round 6 except that this is natsu before tenrou arc.

Round 8(sorry for all the rounds): Natsu at the beginning of the series(at least phantom arc)

Bonus Round:

Good Cole Fights Natsu.
