the heralds couldn't kill the black lanterns so they win by default

Even without rings any one these guys could go toe-to-toe with any single herald...with the rings they destroy the herald team.

Unless they find a way to bring the dead back to life Nekron can't be neither hurt or killed so........

Nekron is the embodiment of death so... give the heralds galactus at least

Depends on which character(s) fights which character(s). And without the definitive "who takes who on," there's no real conflict. Because, any number of these characters can solo one another, but on a team, that's a whole different story.
