Etrigan Vs. Ghost Rider

Im abig Etrigan fan, but if I had to choose one I would say Ghost Rider I dont think Pennance Stare would work against Etrigan anyways since he is a hell Lord.

At their base levels, how is GR taking him down if the Penance stare won't work? Etrigan is generally hard to put down, who can tap into limitless energy. Even Darkseid himself stated this.

It was stated that only God himself can take down Ghost Rider. Etrigan was bound by Merlin God > Merlin

It depends on who is in control of the ghost rider. If the human is in control he won't beat etrigan. If zarathos is in control....he does

That is exactly what I am saying. Though, I think Stonehenge Etrigan can give Zarathos version a fight, because Etrigan was fighting the combined forces of Phantom Stranger, Sentinels of Magic, AND Martian Manhunter and was only defeated until he was turned back to Jason Blood. He was basically unstoppable.

Considering Deacon and Vengeance II were able to deal some pretty heavy damage to the Rider (one of them with hellfire, which Etrigan has in spades), I'd say your statement and conclusion are both incorrect. Plus, there was that time that Ghost Rider was shot in the head by a holy bullet and sent straight to hell.

OMG your ignorant of GR.Vengeance 2 never hurt GR at all. The Hellfire shot gun harmed a Blaze Control rider which is fine and makes sense since Blaze Ghost Rider is street Level. Zarathos is not street level and beaten Hell Lords and Fear lords in their own realms.

Your also way off in the department of Deacon and the Holy Bullet. Both were specificly design by Angels to harm the rider and they harmed a Blaze Rider again. Not the actual Spirit of Vengeance Zarathos.

First off zarathos is the Name the recent Female Rider had for her spirit of Vengeance. Zarathos was name. Second off Hammer Lane stated Zarathos was back in Johnny. Third off Zaathos was named again in Road to Damnation.

GR can physicaly decimate Lucifer at Half Power (As in a full power being his power in Hell itself) shows me GR can beat Etrigan Durability.

So again Entrigan is outclass power wise.

So far I seen every debate for Etrigan backed up with feats from a Jhonny Blaze GR who Etrigan would eat for Breackfast. However the pic is of Zarathos Spirit of Vengeance and that version would more than likely beat Etrigan.

Etrigan can amp himself as well. He once took on the Sentinels of Magic (Which included Phantom Stranger and Martian Manhunter) and they couldn't do a damn thing. Etrigan gets my vote.

Hmm it depends on the match... If its by knockout, I'd say Etrigan. If its a battle to the death, I'm going for GR.If GR has the safety feature on, then Etrigan might have a higher chance. If GR turns the safety feature off and lets Zarathos take control then GR FTW as Strange says that the powers of the spirit are "godlike".
