Galactus would defeat the strongest version of sailor moon, Sailor Cosmos easily. The best sailor cosmos could do is what thanos did, catch him off guard with her strongest attack but that would be nothing to him. Sailor Cosmos is only shown to be galactic in terms of raw power.

Unfortunately Gaylor Moon has this in the bag with ease, and no Galactus would not be a problem to her either in her ultimate form. I know this because people posted feats for her on an anime site I was on before when she went against Goku, she is massively FTL a universe buster and a bunch of other things, I'd say she's about level with Phoenix of the White Crown from what I've heard.
SS could turn Sailor Moon into Salt or possibly have her swallowed up by a Black Hole.
That's never going to happen. Sailor Moon reconstructed the entire earth. There's no way cheap tricks like that will best her. (however in the anime she has been swallowed by a black hole and she destroyed it by cut straight through it)

I don't think Molecular Manipulation is a "Cheap Trick" besides what does reconstructing an Earth mean about someone's ability to withstand Molecular Manipulation ?

I don't see why the Surfer can't blast through that or simply absorb the energy that makes up the shield...
have ss ever absorbed magical attacks b4?anyway, i don't remember the details of that power and i think it was b4 she became eternal. I don't think SS would hold a candle against ESM cus she's potentially a galaxy buster,massively FTL, also have energy and matter manipulation and lots of other techniques and items
@king_saturn: reconstructing the earth shows that she has matter and energy manipulation on atleast planetary level, it would take a lot more than trying to turn her to salt to stop; also what's stopping her from absorbing silver suffer into her crystal and then sealing him inside a mirror or some other object. Also what's stopping him from manipulating silver surfer's soul.

Very difficult to do. Mephisto tried trapping Silver Surfer in his realm, and failed. Mephisto is basically Satan, possessing his own realm he has complete and utter control over.

I don't know the exact issue, only that there is a scan going around possibly from a previous debate. I'll try and scout it out. But it's basically Mephisto using his power to keep Silver Surfer from escaping, and IIRC, it may be the same scan in which his soul is being assaulted.
