Isn't Erron Black a little featless?

He got some feats in the comic, IIRC.

He doesn't have feats in the comics yet. If we count his X-ray move he can richoshet a a bullet around off the bones of the people he shoots.

I can't remember if he has any other feats. In his fatality his bullets appear to be pretty strong and he has been alive for 150 years if thats worth anything. I'd give it to hawkeye though.
