In much the same manner as the Victor Zsasz vs Cletus Kasady battle- a one-on-one, h2h only, no-holds-barred contest for the right to control the Venom symbiote, and claim its powers as their own. Both are brought to the arena from 1991- the depowered Brock is brought here from his incarceration in the jail cell he shared with Kasady, while Needham (aka 'Black Spider') is brought here from the middle of his vigilante crusade against Gotham's drug lords (before the killing of his wife and son). Who wins this fight?
