If this is Spatan from Image then he has a chance, he once was able to beat Mister Majestic, that was before his upgrade, call it PIS but a win is a win so its not a blowout for Marvel or DC and he has a chance vs Morg or Eradicator
Cell or Morg I'd say. One possible scenario is that Cell might absorb first Spartan then Eradicator. They're both cyborgs. Unless Spartan has Void, he can't stop it. At that point we'd have to guess how powerful Cell would be.
